Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information S Mobile Wireless collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal information.

Information we collect

  • Account information: name, email, phone number, billing address.
  • Payments are processed securely by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processing partners. We do not store, process, or transmit full payment card numbers on our servers. Billing inquiries can be directed to customerservice@smobilewireless.com.
  • Service usage: data usage, call/text records as required for billing and network management.
  • Device information: IMEI, SIM, and basic device diagnostics.
  • Website analytics: pages visited, referring source, and approximate location for site improvement.

How we use information

  • Provide and bill for wireless and VoIP service.
  • Activate devices and process orders.
  • Send service notices, security alerts, and (with consent) marketing.
  • Detect fraud and protect the network.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that need it to operate our service (payment processing, shipping, activation, support tools), with carriers and partners to deliver your service, and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

  • Access, correct, or delete your account information by contacting support.
  • Opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link.
  • California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia, and other state residents have additional rights under their state privacy laws — contact support to exercise them.

Security

We protect your information with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, restricted access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affecting your information occurs, we will notify you as required by law.

Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI)

Federal law protects the confidentiality of CPNI — information about the quantity, type, destination, location, and amount of use of your wireless service. S Mobile Wireless uses CPNI to provide and bill for service, prevent fraud, and offer service-related products. We do not share CPNI with unaffiliated third parties for their marketing, and we require a password or other authentication before discussing account details. You may opt out of internal CPNI-based marketing at any time by contacting customerservice@smobilewireless.com.

Cookies and online tracking

Our websites use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for authentication, security, performance measurement, and (with consent where required) advertising. You can control cookies through your browser, mobile device settings, and the cookie preferences link in our site footer. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid opt-out of sale or sharing under applicable state law.

State privacy rights

  • Right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, or sell.
  • Right to request a copy or to delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising.
  • Right to limit use of sensitive personal information.
  • Right to non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights.
  • To submit a request, email customerservice@smobilewireless.com with subject "Privacy Request" or call 205-480-5911. We verify the request before responding, generally within 45 days.

Children's privacy

Our service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Location information

Wireless devices generate location data based on cell-tower connections, GPS, and Wi-Fi networks. We use location information to route calls, deliver 911 service, comply with lawful requests, and (with your consent) to provide location-based features. We do not sell precise device location to third parties.

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and for a period afterward as required to meet legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution obligations. Aggregated or de-identified data may be retained indefinitely.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page and, where required, communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
