Shipping Policy

We ship devices, accessories, and physical SIM cards to all 50 U.S. states, D.C., and U.S. territories.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day typically ship the same day.
Delivery times
- Standard shipping (free): 3–5 business days.
- Expedited shipping: 2 business days (fee shown at checkout).
- Next-business-day shipping: available in most metros (fee shown at checkout).
eSIM
eSIM activation is instant — you'll receive QR code and setup instructions by email within minutes of purchase. No shipping required.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Most carriers update tracking within 24 hours of pickup.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact support within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll send a replacement at no charge.
Shipping destinations
We ship to street addresses in the 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and APO/FPO military addresses. We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes for devices (SIM kits ship to P.O. boxes) or to international addresses.
Shipping fees
- Free standard shipping on every device, accessory, or SIM order — no minimum.
- Expedited (2-day): flat $14.95 per shipment.
- Next-business-day: flat $24.95 per shipment, where available.
- APO/FPO and U.S. territory shipments use USPS Priority Mail and may take additional time.
Address accuracy and reshipments
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Packages returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect, incomplete, or unattended address may be subject to a $9.95 reshipment fee. Address changes after the order ships cannot be guaranteed.
Signature and identity verification
Orders valued over $500, financed devices, and shipments to high-fraud ZIP codes may require an adult signature on delivery and additional identity verification. We may also place a temporary hold on an order pending verification — your card is not charged until the order ships.
Title and risk of loss
Title and risk of loss for shipped goods pass to you when the carrier accepts the package from us. We file claims with the carrier on your behalf for in-transit loss or damage reported within the time windows above.
Order changes and cancellations
Orders can be modified or cancelled before they enter the fulfillment queue (typically within 30 minutes of placement). After that, you can refuse delivery or initiate a return under our Refund & Return Policy.
